A Blog by Jonathan Harrington

Dear Reader:

Hello from Yucatán, México.

Below are some titles from a series of mystery novels I have written featuring Danny O'Flaherty.

The other titles in the series are: The Second Sorrowful Mystery, St. Valentine's Diamond, and Death on the Southwest Chief. Several of my titles can be found on Amazon at www.amazon.com.

Publishers Weekly says:

"For a third-time charm, Harrington moves from Ireland to New York for another Danny O'Flaherty mystery (following The Death of Cousin Rose and The Second Sorrowful Mystery), adding bits of Irish folklore and ancient history and demystifying current Irish politics in the process."

In addition to novels, I have published chapbooks of poems, Handcuffed to the Jukebox, Aqui/Here (billingual), and Yesterday, A Long Time Ago.

Recently, I have been translating Mayan poems into Spanish and English. Some of these translations have appeared in Literature Today, International Review of Poetry, Visions of International, The Dirty Goat and elsewhere.
